Katalin Panayotopoulos – Antal
Throughout my career, I’ve been highly focused on forging new paths for candidates and talents as well as finding the right employee for my clients. I founded Arsis Global with a vision to attract talents in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece. Arsis Global, to me, presents an opportunity to bridge talents and employers.
For some people, I am a competitive and result-oriented career coach, personal brand strategist, influencer, catalyst, and achiever. For others, I am a talent hunter and recruiter. The core of my business revolves around supporting, encouraging, motivating, and challenging talents to be themselves in our culturally different markets. My motto is “you are anything but ordinary” – a belief I hold firmly to throughout my 20+ years in the business.
Having studied and worked in America, Europe, and the Far East, I am a world citizen who constantly strives to do better. I measure my progress (as well as my clients’) against the performance of others to continue improving and excelling at any given task. My strong ethics and ability to test boundaries make me invaluable to my clients as we settle for nothing less than great accomplishments.
I get energy from high-intensity activities that force me to push my boundaries. Like running marathons, which sometime has similarity to an executive search assignment. Needs perseverance and stamina to get to the end, I have a deep love for the 3 S’s–sun, sea, and sand.
